Prices
Prices shown on the CanadaCD.ca site are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes (if applicable) or shipping costs. All shipments within Canada are subject to the GST, Ontario residents are also subject to PST.
Prices and availability of the products and services listed on CanadaCD.ca are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product or service has been listed on CanadaCD.ca at the wrong price due to an error on our part, or on the part of any of our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for said product or service. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it for any reason or for no reason.
Sale Prices
From time to time, CanadaCD.ca may offer sale prices on some or all products on our site. These prices will only be honoured for the time period in which they are displayed on CanadaCD.ca. We do not honour sale prices for items ordered before or after the sale period.
General shipping terms for Canada & the USA
Choice of delivering carrier is at our discretion. We use Canada Post or UPS. We cannot guarantee delivery times. We cannot ship your order for weekend delivery. For the purposes of calculating shipping, multiple disc sets are counted by the number of discs in the set. For example, a 5 CD box counts as 5 discs.
- » Orders of 1 CD/DVD/SACD will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $2.50
- » Orders of 2 to 3 CD/DVD/SACDs will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $5.00
- » Orders of 4 to 5 CD/DVD/SACDs will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.00
- » Orders of 6 to 7 CD/DVD/SACDs will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $9.00
All orders of 8 or more CD/DVD/SACDs will qualify for free shipping!
Please Note: Any shipments over $250 will require a signature upon delivery to you.
International Orders (Orders shipped outside Canada & the USA)
Presently, we can only ship International order by surface post. This may take up to six weeks to some parts of the world. For the purposes of calculating shipping, multiple disc sets are counted by the number of discs in the set. For example, a 5 CD box counts as 5 discs.
- » Orders of 1-3 CD/DVD/SACDs will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $8.50
- » Orders of 4-6 CD/DVD/SACDs will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $15.00
- » Orders of 7-10 CD/DVD/SACDs will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $21.00
- » Orders of 11 or more CD/DVD/SACDs will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $25.00
Please note: Any shipments over $250 will require a signature upon delivery to you.
Local Import Duties and Taxes
You might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance, local duties and taxes, are your responsibility. We cannot estimate what these charges might be as they vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. We will not label purchases as gifts, mislabel product value or details to deceive customs officials. If your order is a gift the cost of the item must still be stated on Customs forms or export documents.
Terms of payment
Payment is due by credit card via our credit card payment provider. Orders are
not processed until we receive confirmation from our credit card payment
provider that the payment has been authorized.
Accepted Methods of Payment
CanadaCD.ca currently accepts these credit cards for payment: VISA and MasterCard. As part of our secure checkout process you will be asked to enter your payment information each time you place an order with CanadaCD.ca.
Backordered Products
We can only keep items on backorder for you if you have created a user account on our site. If you have multiple items in your shopping cart, and one or more are on backorder, your ‘in stock’ items will usually be shipped within 24 hours. Your backordered items will be shipped at a later date.
Please note: You will not be charged additional shipping for multiple shipments or backordered items that ship separately at a later date.
Returns Policy
Damaged or Defective Goods
SRI Canada wants all of its customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If your purchase was damaged in shipping, or contains a manufacturers defect, please contact us right away. We will replace the defective or damaged product at no cost to you. We do not offer exchanges for other products. We may ask you to ship the defective or damaged CD back to us, in which case we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Other Returns
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any unopened (still in it’s original factory plastic wrap) CD, SACD, DVD, or LP to CanadaCD.ca for any reason, for a full refund.
Please note: We cannot accept return of opened items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. We will only process returns and issue refunds for products purchased from CanadaCD.ca. We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you of your refund via electronic mail (e-mail) after we’ve received and processed your return. Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment you originally used for your purchase within 14 business days after we receive your return.
Are children allowed to use CanadaCD.ca?
We do not sell products to children. We do sell Children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you must have the involvement of a parent or guardian to use CanadaCD.ca.
